Let the identity, the personality, the wants and needs, all fall away.

What is left? The empty shell of presence  A state of being beyond needing.

Let all fall away and be space, be empty with a full cup and see what there is left. 

From here we have something to flow through, something to transmit to, away from the clutter of the human thought structure we can broadcast new. 

This empty space can then be filled with loving consciousness, the spirit of the new you.

This spirit changes with the seasons. Empty the vessel of the mind by drawing from the heart of the universe. This is not an abstract concept. Expand from here, the centre of the heart and simply notice. Take note without holding or clinging to concepts. Just BE
